It is OK to Relax

This is something I tell myself all the time. When I share about this in a caption it is because it is usually a self reminder that I’m sharing out loud.

If you’re anything like me, you have a really hard time relaxing… Sometimes I think it’s ok that I don’t sit back much because it does make me productive, but it sure makes me over tired and extremely hard on myself. It provokes guilt. The best part is it is all in your mind, you can work with yourself in saying it’s ok.

It’s healthy to relax. And so so necessary.

And then I swing to the other side. I have listened to so many videos, where it talks about how you have to give up sleep. Be so focused you forget to eat. I guess work as hard as you can, but stay healthy. If you lose your health what’s the point. Realistically you have nothing if you don’t have your health. Listen to your gut because only you know what’s right for you.

I feel like I cant fully speak to this because I don’t practice it very well. I am hard on myself when I am not ‘being productive’. All I can say it to truly live in the moment. Be present. All we have is Now. Whatever that may mean to you. Good luck and good fortune. I wish you the best in life.

Work crazy hard, but don’t sacrifice your health.

Lol at least I tried to write about this!! Just be aware of when you need to take a step back.
